The church is a non-profit organization with God power,\nmanpower, through prayer and strategic planning. Therefore, it is in a unique\nposition to effectively impact and influence its surroundings and society in\ngeneral. To be effective, proper personnel must be in place with a team playing\nspirit. That team must be intentionally determined for the plan to succeed. The\nadministrative principles, notably the church manual must be applied and\nrespected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This competency helps me deal properly with certain issues in the church. It was a good investment of time, money and knowledge acquired. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
