Through the different resources the church has in form of manpower, talents, different cultures and ideas. So, there must be adequate and appropriate personnel to make it possible.to reach the desire goal. Submission/adherence to the governing principles of the church is vital and necessary. A selective subcommittee should be established, namely planning, financial, capital development committees.  

This competence was achieved in 2 phases, one with Cosmovision with Dr. Andrade, February 2018 and Dr Chacon, in July 2019
