The church is a non-profit organization with God power, manpower, through prayer and strategic planning. Therefore, it is in a unique position to effectively impact and influence its surroundings and society in general. To be effective, proper personnel must be in place with a team playing spirit. That team must be intentionally determined for the plan to succeed. The administrative principles, notably the church manual must be applied and respected.

This competency helps me deal properly with certain issues in the church. It was a good investment of time, money and knowledge acquired.
